Traditional 4 Bed House, Cowes

Traditional 4 bed house designed & constructed to blend sympathetically into the local village street scene.
Built in 2005, this timber framed construction was designed with a front aspect of a traditional cottage, having five windows and a porch over the front door.
Once inside the property, the deception ended, showing the true size and contemporary design and features that were used to provide much more than the usual cottage idea.
The house boasts four generous bedrooms, one of which has a large en-suite shower room; alongside this is the main bathroom.
The downstairs has another separate shower room, utility room and large Oak kitchen with Corian style worktops, the lounge and the kitchen could be either separate or open plan by opening or closing the purpose made bi-folding oak and glass doors, the lounge then lead into a conservatory which looked down the garden to the trees and curved matching brick garden wall.
